I practice psychotherapy dealing with:
Anxiety, depression, relationship problems
Trauma and traumatic stress as a result of harassment, accidents, abuse, violence, sexual abuse including incest
Dissociative disorders resulting from severe trauma, including attachment trauma
My approach is informed by cognitive, behavioural, psychodynamic, systemic, solution-focused and mind-body theories.
I am especially interested in working with people seeking recovery from trauma and loss. I use EMDR psychotherapy whenever possible in my work with trauma clients.
