Bonding Psychotherapy

Bonding Psychotherapy, based on the work of the late Daniel Casriel, makes use of everyone's need for physical closeness and emotional openness to encourage the intense expression of emotion. This allows the emergence of unconscious negative self-defining attitudes, which are then positively restructured, leading to a greater sense of well being. It is most successfully practiced in a group setting wherein the sharing and trust that are engendered favor the physical and emotional openness which leads to healing.
